At Trat.Systems, we are committed to delivering high-quality technical services with transparency and accountability. This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued.
1. $60 Shield Service
The $60/month Shield package includes six core services. Refunds may be issued only under the following conditions:
Eligible for Refund:
- If one or more of the six promised services were not delivered.
- If our team fails to respond or go completely unresponsive after your purchase.
Not Eligible for Refund:
- If you simply didn’t like the service or changed your mind.
- If you stopped communicating, became unresponsive (MIA), or failed to provide necessary information for service delivery.
2. Yearly Plans
For long-term clients opting for annual billing, a custom contract will be signed before service begins. Refund policies for these plans will be clearly stated in the contract. However, the following base rules still apply:
- Refunds are considered only if we fail to deliver services as promised or do not respond.
- No refunds will be issued for subjective dissatisfaction or lack of communication from the client’s side.
3. Custom Services
For all other services listed under our “Other Services” section, such as game servers, bots, websites, and consulting, a separate contract will be signed for each project, which will include specific refund terms.
However, our standard policy still applies:
- You may receive a refund only if we do not deliver what was agreed or fail to communicate entirely
- Refunds will not be provided if you stop responding, abandon the project, or cancel for personal reasons.
4. Additional Terms
If part of the service has already been completed, that portion is non-refundable. We do not offer refunds once full service has been delivered. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase or service failure. Late requests may not be eligible.
Before requesting a refund, we strongly encourage you to contact us via email or Discord to resolve the issue directly.
