1. Services Provided
Trat.Systems offers a variety of technical services including but not limited to: remote system monitoring, server hardening, backup configuration, custom software development, server optimization, and emergency technical support. The specifics of the service we provide depend on the selected plan or a custom agreement made with you.
For standard clients, our $60 Shield Plan includes six core services listed on our website. For clients with more complex needs, we offer custom solutions that are discussed and agreed upon on a case-by-case basis. These custom services are typically documented in a written proposal or formal contract before work begins.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services if we determine the request falls outside our scope, violates applicable laws, or may cause harm to our infrastructure, reputation, or team.
2. User Responsibilities
To successfully deliver our services, we rely on full and timely cooperation from our clients. As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate ,and up-to-date information when engaging our services.
- Supply necessary access credentials, configuration files, and permissions needed to begin and complete the service.
- Stay responsive and reply to our communications in a timely manner.
3. Payment Terms
All services offered by Trat.Systems are provided on a prepaid basis, unless otherwise agreed in writing. A Down Payment is required before we begin any service.
The $60 Shield Plan is billed monthly and renews every 30 days unless canceled in advance. Custom and long-term service packages may require full upfront payment or structured milestone-based billing, as defined in your agreement or contract.
We accept payments through secure third-party platforms. You are responsible for ensuring that payment information is accurate and that funds are successfully transferred to initiate service.
4. Refund Policy
We stand behind the quality of our work and aim to deliver exactly what we promise. However, due to the nature of digital and technical services, refunds are issued only under specific circumstances:
Eligible for Refund:
- We fail to deliver one or more core services listed in your plan.
- Our team becomes unresponsive for an extended period, despite you attempting contact.
Not Eligible for Refund:
- You change your mind, are unhappy with the results despite service completion, or misunderstood what the service included.
- You become inactive, uncooperative, or fail to respond to our communications.
- You withhold required information or access, preventing us from delivering.
For annual and custom service contracts, refund terms will be outlined in the signed agreement, though the same general principles apply. Partial refunds may be considered if only part of the project has been delivered, based on the work completed.

5. Contracts for Custom or Yearly Plans
Clients choosing custom services or yearly billing will be provided with a formal contract. This agreement outlines:
- The exact scope of work, timeline, and deliverables.
- Payment schedule, including milestone-based or full prepayment.
- Refund and cancellation terms, tailored to the project.
Both parties must agree to and sign the contract before any work begins. If you decline to sign or request significant changes to agreed terms after signing, we reserve the right to cancel or delay the project.
6. Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and the sensitivity of your data. Any credentials, files, configurations, or project details shared with Trat.Systems will be kept strictly confidential.
We do not sell, share, or reuse your data for any reason beyond delivering the agreed service. All internal team members handling client data operate under confidentiality guidelines and best practices.
You are also expected to keep any shared tools, reports, or scripts from Trat.Systems private and not distribute them without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to ensure high-quality, secure, and uninterrupted service, Trat.Systems is not liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including downtime, data loss, or revenue loss.
- Issues caused by third-party services, hosting providers, or software outside of our control.
- Errors or instability resulting from client-side misconfiguration, hardware failures, or misuse.
Our total liability in any matter is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service.
8. Termination of Service
We may terminate or suspend your service without refund if:
- You violate these Terms of Service.
- You engage in abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior toward our team.
- You knowingly request services that are illegal, unethical, or harmful.
In cases where service is suspended or terminated due to client violation, no refund will be provided.
You may cancel ongoing service anytime by contacting us. Cancellation requests are subject to our refund and contract terms.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date and post a notice on our website.
If changes are significant, we will notify current clients directly via email or Discord. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
