VSYS Host is a Ukraine-based hosting company offering VPS, dedicated servers, and private cloud solutions. Their previous platform was running on outdated backend components and an aging frontend UI that made user experience and scalability a challenge. We were engaged to fully modernize both layers of the stack, from infrastructure to user interface, without interrupting service to existing customers.
We handled the redesign of the complete frontend experience, introducing a responsive, modern look and better UX patterns, especially in the client dashboard, product ordering flow, and support interfaces. The project aimed to elevate both the visual identity and functional usability of the hosting portal.
At the same time, we re-engineered the backend systems. VSYS was using legacy versions of core tools like OpenStack and outdated database schemas, which limited provisioning speed and system reliability. We modernized these layers for improved automation, compatibility, and future scalability.
The modernization had to be done on a live, active system. Uptime and data consistency were critical throughout the rebuild.
We completely restructured the backend by replacing outdated versions of OpenStack and related tools with a streamlined, modular stack. The new backend architecture offered significantly improved provisioning speed, error handling, and long-term maintainability. Automation pipelines were rewritten for cleaner code and better resource efficiency.
On the frontend, we introduced a fresh and fully responsive UI with intuitive navigation, improved order flows, and a modern aesthetic that reflects the company’s technical credibility. The dashboard and billing systems were redesigned for clarity and speed, improving user retention and lowering support load.
Data migration tools were written to ensure seamless transition of existing clients without downtime. Throughout the deployment, we maintained full system monitoring and worked closely with the VSYS team to validate every stage of the migration.
Ultimately, the project transformed an aging infrastructure into a sleek, secure, and scalable hosting platform that positions VSYS for long-term growth.
